10:03 am
process, who are you accountable to? >> john flemming, thank you for your time, sir. congressman from louisiana. and should secretary sebelius be foured because of all of the problems. 49 percent of the voters say yes. and 38 percent say no. chris stierwald fox news editor and host of power play on fox news.com, live. hi, chris. >> hi, ally. >> what is going to happen with this? will she lose her job or have to stay n and fix obama care. >> the president's signature achievement is going to need a relaunch. you remember the thing in october. that was not great. but here is obama care 2.0 and
10:04 am
they will relaunch the sucker. and the debate in washington is when does the relaunch occur? does it occur in february or in march, when the deadline is? when will they have the relaunch of obama care? and the question is do you want kathleen sebelius present for the second ribbon cutting? and the interest is no. that sets up a period where she will stay and be feel the burn and feel the derrician and national mockery for the launch and she will go away in time for, i would submit for the relaunch of obama care. >> yesterday it was interesting to listen to the committee hearing where the spokesperson from cgi a task for creating the web site was on the hot seat. if sebelius is not ultimately responsible and cgi responsible
10:05 am
why is president obama getting a pass. is he the person ultimately responsible for the roll out? >> he's not getting a pass because democrats are not happy about the direction the administration is taking and the frustrations are growing and his second term agenda is no whereville. and he is stuck by the technical failures attendant to the signature law. here is the problem with kathleen sebelius recollects if she continues to take this attitude and defiant and refuses to apologize, apparently there is a pride issue or something that prevents her from taking the easy way out which is to accept responsibility and apologize when it came to the raid on diplomatic outpost in libya like hillary clinton did. >> kathleen sebelius doesn't seem to summon that x-rays and
10:06 am
say it and move on, she seems to fight or angry about being called to account for this. that will not get her anywhere good. >> it is not working in the polls and where the american people feel somebody should be held accountable. >> in terms of the relaunch, kwho who will be tasked with fixing this and responsible to. that >> good luck to whomever that is. you couldn't possibility a proint someone with congress and i imagine we'll have a health czar that the president will pick and be the now face of obama care, because this launch means that sebelius can't do it. it is not going to be somebody submitted for approval for congress. we have a obama care czar. >> last hour we saw contractors brought to washington d.c. we'll know from you.

10:09 am
and the thing that experts are pointing to the most in 2012, there are 12,000 sernt funerals ready to go and now we know that it is at 19,000. they are trying to negotiate a deal or understanding with the iranian regime. at the same time centerrefuges are spinning. >> here at home the white house wants negotiations to give a chance and congress is pushing to tighten sanctions on iran. what do you think about the policy the u.s. should pursue. >> there is a push by the senator to tighten sanctions at this moment. yes, the iranian regime is using the guise to play out the clock and use it to get close tore nuclear weapons. we have to understand here, that the advocates for strengthening sanctions against iowa ran, this

10:11 am
people. common goods are hard to come by. and so the people are suffering and at the same time sanctions are not enough to deter the regime from stopping the nuclear program. we are seeing the economic sanctions are not working hard enough to stop the problem and at the same time hurting the people of iran. at the same time the regime would love to loosen the sanctions because the economic breathing space will allow them to get the right supplies and more importantly, that economic relief from the people of iran will keep the people off of the streets. >> thanks so much for that perspective. it is complicated. >> and thank you. it is not just washington running up the debt, plenty of americans are racking up plenty of debt. is it coming at the expense of

10:19 am
if you get a smaller paycheck you are to take on more debt. it all circles around and one other point that is most important of all, bill. if we look at the last terrible recession that hit in 2008. that was due to too much debt and leverage and borrowing by americans. it sounds like we are in the cycle again. >> five years later and not learned. stephen moore, thank you and we'll talk next woke. >> i missed. it we'll catch up with him next time. >> we'll bring it to you as soon as we get it. two americans were kidnapped by pirates on this ship. we are new details on the effort to get them home safely. and a testy exchange in the obama care exchange. one new group of law makers are making a push for answers.
